Design/Build Construction

The Design/Build construction process allows the customer to be intimately involved in the design and planning of their project.

Rather than hiring an architect to draw up plans and specifications for their project, the homeowner and the builder will team up to design the home, making sure along the way the design meets the homeowners needs.  This method of construction also allows the customer and builder to keep close track of estimated construction costs during the design process, eliminating any major surprises once construction begins.

General Contracting

We have the knowledge, experience, and tools to manage all aspects of your construction project from start to finish.

Our goal as a general contractor is to make sure your project is completed to your satisfaction on time and within budget.

Project Management

If you want to supervise your project, but do not want to deal with details such as scheduling, material ordering and delivery, and vendor payments, let us handle them for you for a fee based on the time and extensiveness of our management.

We can also work with contractors who are not familiar with the Walker area and who may not have the resources and contacts in the area that we do from years of doing business here.
